Your account and signing in
Signing in with Google or a password, resetting a password, confirming your email, and how one account holds your business and your teams.
One account, every workspace
Your Schedulign account is you, the person. It owns your individual dashboard (your own booking page and events) and it can belong to any number of teams that invite you. All of them sit in the account menu at the top left of the dashboard, under Your dashboards, each marked Individual or Team (Your team once someone has joined yours). Opening one switches the dashboard to it; nothing mixes between them.
Signing in
Sign in at schedulign.com/login with Continue with Google or your email and password. You land on the workspace you used last. An account created with Google has no password until you set one in Settings → Profile → Sign-in; the sign-in page tells you so if you try a password.
Forgot your password
Choose Forgot your password? on the sign-in page. The emailed link is valid for one hour. For privacy the page answers the same way whether or not an address has an account.
Confirming your email
Password sign-ups get a confirmation email. Events cannot be switched to Live until the address is confirmed; the dashboard shows a card with a Resend link until then. Google sign-ups and accounts created from a team invitation are confirmed already.
Changing sign-in details
- Password: Settings → Profile → Sign-in sets or changes it. Changing it signs out your other devices.
- Google: the same tab shows whether Google sign-in is linked.
- Sign-in email: changing it isn't supported yet. Email admin@schedulign.com if you need it moved.
Team invitations
When a team invites your email, the invitation waits on your account: an amber count on the account menu, an Accept invitation row inside it, and a card at the top of your dashboard. Accepting opens the team under the same sign-in. Declining removes the invitation; the team can invite you again any time.
