Troubleshooting

No times showing, an event that will not go live, missing emails, Stripe and Google Calendar not ready, and the widget.

Clients see no times

Check, in this order:

  1. The event is Live and offers the length and group size the client chose.
  2. Its hours cover the day: the weekly hours, a date-specific block, the host's days off and, on an event several hosts share, each member's hours with your team.
  3. The booking window and minimum notice allow that date.
  4. Booking limits for the day, week or month are not reached.
  5. Buffers around existing bookings are not eating the gap.
  6. On the Free plan, the week is not full: the sidebar says how many bookings are left.
  7. Google Calendar is not busy at that time on a calendar you check for conflicts. If the connection has broken, the event offers no times at all: reconnect from Settings → Scheduling → Calendars.

The event will not go live

Confirm your email (the card at the top of the dashboard has a Resend link button). On a team, the owner's email must be confirmed, and at least one of the event's hosts must have accepted the invitation.

A client did not get the email

Ask them to check spam and confirm the address on the booking in the Bookings tab. Your own notices go to your sign-in email; the copies for a team's sessions go to the owner's.

"Online payment isn't set up yet"

The event is card-only and Stripe is not finished. Settings → Payments shows what Stripe still needs and Finish Stripe setup (or Reconnect after a disconnect); or change the event's payment mode to allow offline payment.

The calendar picker asks to reconnect

An older Google connection predates the permission to list calendars. Reconnect Google Calendar once; nothing else changes.

The widget does not show on my site

Paste the snippet from Settings → My link → Add to website unchanged. A floating button that sits in a box with empty space around it was pasted into one page's embed or code block: add it to your site's custom code for all pages instead (Wix: Custom code in the site's settings; Squarespace: Code injection). The embed is meant to be framed anywhere; card payments open in a new window on purpose.

Something else

Use Report a problem — in the Help menu on your dashboard, or in the footer of any booking page — and the page you are on comes with the report. Or email admin@schedulign.com with your page's link and, for a booking, the client's email address.
