Your brand, your link, QR codes and the widget
Logo, accent color and welcome message, your page's link, QR codes, adding the booking widget to a website, and preview mode.
Branding
Settings → Branding takes a logo, an accent color (buttons, selected states and links on your booking page, the widget and the manage page; emails keep Schedulign's look) and the Use Schedulign branding switch. The "Powered by Schedulign" line shows under your booking page, the widget, the confirmation and the manage page. On Pro and Teams it stays until you turn the switch off; upgrading never hides it. Free always shows it. Your photo and welcome message live in Settings → Profile.
Your link
Settings → My link shows your page's address and lets you change the part after schedulign.com/. Changing it breaks links, widgets and QR codes you already shared, and the page warns you. Each event has its own link under the address.
QR codes
QR code on My link or an event's menu shows a code you can download as a PNG or share directly. A code points at the address at the time you made it.
Adding the widget to a website
Add to website (in Settings → My link, and on each event's menu) first asks Which page to add: your whole booking page with all its events, or one event. Then choose how it appears:
- Inline embed: the booking page inside a page of your site. It grows and shrinks to fit what it shows; opening an event keeps the visitor in your site, with a way back to all events.
- Floating button: a button in a corner of every page that opens the booking page over your site. Choose its text, colors and corner.
- Link or button: placed in your own text, it opens the booking page over your site. Choose its text, whether it is a link or a button, and its colors.
A preview shows the result as you choose. Card payments open outside the frame.
Where to paste: the floating button goes in once for the whole site, just before </body> (Wix: the Custom code page of the site's settings, Body - end; Squarespace: Code injection, Footer; WordPress: a header and footer plugin). Site builders run code pasted into a single page's embed or code block inside a small box of their own: there the button sits in the block and opens the booking page in a new tab, and an inline embed needs the block set to about 900 px tall.
Preview mode
My landing page in the account menu opens your page with a preview banner only you see, including events that are not live yet with the reason they are hidden.
