Links, access codes, increments and time zones

The event's link, private events by access code, start time increments and whether clients see their own time zone.

These live in the event editor under More options → Event page options.

The link is schedulign.com/your-page/event-name. It follows the event's name until you edit it; Use the event name puts it back. The editor checks that the link is free as you type. Changing a link breaks anything you already shared, so change it before sharing widely.

Private events by access code

Require a code to see this event hides everything but the event's name until a client types the code. Add a hint that shows next to the field (where to get the code). A correct code stays unlocked in that browser for 30 days. A coded event still shows on your landing page by name; hide it with Hide from page if you want it reachable by link only.

Start time increments

The increment sets how often a start time is offered inside your hours: every 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, or a custom step. A 60-minute session on 30-minute increments offers 9:00, 9:30, 10:00 and so on.

Time zone display

By default clients see times in their own time zone, with a picker on the booking page to change it and a 12-hour or 24-hour switch. Lock to business time shows every time in your workspace's zone instead, which suits in-person sessions where the place decides the clock.
